1. Eligibility

  • Returns: We accept returns for most jewelry items within seven days of the delivery date, provided they are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact. Custom – made or personalized jewelry items are generally not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please check the availability of the desired item on our website first. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must meet the same condition requirements as returns. Items that are on final sale, such as clearance or discounted items marked “non – returnable,” are not eligible for exchange.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Request Initiation: To start a return or exchange, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the “Order History” section. Select the order you wish to return or exchange and click on the “Request Return/Exchange” button. Fill out the online form with the reason for the return or exchange and any relevant details.   • Return Authorization: After receiving your request, our customer service team will review it and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1 – 2 business days. This RMA number is crucial and must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. Without a valid RMA number, we may not be able to process your return or exchange.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we will not be liable for lost or damaged return packages. Once you have shipped the item(s) back to us, please update your return request on our website or notify our customer service team with the tracking information.

3. Inspection and Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), our team will inspect them within 3 – 5 business days to ensure they meet our return and exchange criteria. If the items are in acceptable condition, we will proceed with the refund or exchange. If the items do not meet the criteria, we will contact you via email to discuss the options, such as returning the items back to you at your expense.
  • Refund: For approved returns, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) to you as soon as the return is approved, and you will not be charged additional shipping fees if the original order was eligible for free shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Provide us with detailed photos of the issue and your order information. We will arrange for a free return and either refund your money or send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

5. International Returns & Exchanges

  • For international returns and exchanges, in addition to the above – mentioned rules, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees associated with returning the item(s) to us. These charges are not refundable. Also, be aware that international shipping times may vary, and it may take longer for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
